My one aim is to serve the parrots in my care, to help those to weak to defend themselves, and bring alittle happiness into their lives, I prefer parrots to people but can handle them in moderation :)

lola does it all the time when she is very excited
just watch for her messing with her bum/scwatting... if you see her doing this then it may be an egg

hi all, oscar had little op today....

i took oscar to vets last week with a lump on her tongue.. VITAMIN A deficency.

i took her back today because of all the twitching she was doing....

it's all down to the vit A problem.

the lump was larger so vet decided best to remove it....op went well....

oscar is also very over weight...almost 800 kg...

(this is'nt my doing i've only had oscar since the middle of july)

THERES NO EGG ....LOL PHEW

Hope you got that weight written down wrong as a parrot that weighed 800kg would be bloody massive!!! lol

Anne,

I'm sure it will be 800 grams not kilos - as Mark says, that would be more than a thousand times expected lol
