Hello, my name is Cookie, I'm a ringneck parakeet.

I am two years old. I am not used to being handled and I do not like it at all. I may or may not eventually make friends with a man, but I cant stand women, children or most other birds. I will come in and out of my cage on my own accord if my cage top is left open all day. However I am also very cage territorial and do not like the safehouse lady cleaning my cage out. I will take food from peoples fingers, but watch out, because I will try to get your fingers first. My safehouse dad thinks I would really be better in an aviary with other ringnecks, but he says you would need to watch me very carefully as I have shown aggression to the other birds here, and I will try and bite them at every opportunity. There are also lots of seagulls round here and I do a mean impression of them screeching.

I am currently in Whitby, and I do have my own cage.
