I had to change my PC, a laptop can only tke so much chewing, and on relogging to birdline I forgot my userneame BUT...I got bounced loads of times from the official 'contact us' email (returned by hotmail postmaster..not spam/phish etc) I did go through a THEY DON'T LOVE ME ...WOE IS ME period but it passed pretty quickly. Is the company email full?

Were you trying with the e-mail address? I know there was an issue with loads of spam at one stage, so Marc changed the address - maybe one of the links defaults to the old one?
