Does anyone have experience with a heavily clipped bird coming back to flight?

Foodies flight feathers are coming back fast'n'furious and although they don't yet link together shes going to wake up with 'lift' soon and I don't want any hideous crashes

 You will probably have to guide her for a little while, try guiding her towards your bed as you gently nudge her off your hand, least she has somewhere soft to land.  It wiill be a little tricky, and maybe have a few crash landings, but you'll get there. 

 Awww bet you find their relationship gets better!
