Came into work yesterday (out in the sticks) and the landowner next door had decided to pollute his crop with some chemical or other, the smell was happily drifting down across our property which really is unpleasant, it stayed on and off for most of the day, luckily I don't bring Danny to work on a Saturday but if it was a week day it would have been a real problem, Danny would have had to go home and we would have had to put up with this all day, why do farmers think they have some God given right to inflict there c..p onto the rest of us? (I come from a farming background so am aware of all their "reasons" - just don't agree it's right)

just needed to grizzle.

Yes up here in Northumberland they are currently using fertilizer made from human waste and it smells awful.  Seemingly when people complained they were told it had very little smell!!!!!!!!!!! but the aroma is definitely human in origin.  I also hate when they crop spray - I am normally healthy and fit but know I will feel "odd" and just not right just after they spray certainly for a few days anyway. I certainly wont walk near the fields if I know this has happened.
