OMG i will have to clean the house AGAIN this year , Vicki i hope you realise that Auntie Helen spoils the flock and ALWAYS comes with bags of goodies for them LOLOLOL so now any visitors they expect them to bring them something and do NOT wear flimsy shoes or someone will attack your feet!!

Now, tell the truth, Sidney, Charles and Tuppy will attack anyone's feet regardless. The need for 'sensible shoes' is so that you don't need a foot surgeon afterwards lol.

Oh, and I'm afraid I do have a bit of a bad habit of arriving with some sort of treats, even if it is only forage boxes of paper and cardboard. Charles can't wait till the bags are brought in from the hall before unpacking them!!

Spookily enough, Laura told me just yesterday about milkthistle and recommended Holland and Barrett to get it. Found some here, maybe this can help you?
