Just got back from my friends house who got a macaw and african grey max who for reason hates him even after 10yrs of caring for,yet for 1 reason or another he seems to love me and i can do pretty much anything with,any way heres me & max

Thanks clair,i spend abit with these 2 and love there really are great,its spending time with these that i found this site LOL
My partner has fell in love with a bird now a hyacinth macaw LOL after seeing some pics on the net |

Great photos. Is your friend a bit upset that the grey is fine with you even though he has cared for him for 10years? They like who they like and when I get a new safehouse bird I always hope they will like to be with me but it isnt always the case  |

I just safehouse but dont have any at the moment. I hope to get a new addition very soon though after the visit down to Hertfordshire to see my new grandson. |

I just keep researching and trying to learn as much as poss to make sure im ready sort of thing,quite exciting really but abit nervous at the same time,
I have applied for fostering so playing the waiting game now to see what happens,who knows LOL |

Daz, you need to come and meet my gang, I give your earrings 10 secs at least.
I have real problems with earrings and Casper my too is a demon with ripping them out.
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous of all the birdies here that prefer my hubby, especially MY (and i use the term loosely) too. Hubby doesn't like white birds and Casp is all over him like a rash!! |

LOL the macaw likes to try and pull my facial hair or just mouth my chin and max likes to try and pick my nose (dirty sod LOL) but loves having a fuss aswell.
I think their great and really cant wait to see if i can foster 1 or become a safehouse,even better both LOL |

I used to feel the same Daz and now I have 13 of the little b******s here (did I realy say that I mean sweethearts).
Hubby is out so I'm here with a nanday on one shoulder, a too on the other and an ammie in my lap. The hahns will not come near me, the rest of the gang are out in the birdroom upstairs making a hell of a racket.
Not long and I'm sure you'll be full to the brim to. Everyone I see I want to keep, I can't help myself. I need some willpower!! |

We had an opportunity come up,but ment i had to get rid of all my animals,a couple wks before it was going to happen it all fell through and broke my heart to think i got rid of my babies for nothing
But thats life and cant change it now |
