LOL Traci - Birdy Biscuits is a hot topic in my house at the moment.....

Not so long ago I made some fairy cakes (for the kids) and I had a great idea to make biscuits for the birds as well (whilst I was baking). I used a basic fairy cake mix but without sugar and threw into it crushed nuts, dried fruit, Rasins, oats, a spoonful of honey and anything else that I could find in the cupboard...LOL....I poured the mix onto a tray and it came out like a huge hobnob with random stuff in it....LOL. I cut it into cubes and the birds loved them!!

Do you think I have been able to replicate the recipe...NO!!....LOL....Nothing I have cooked since has met with the birds approval, but for the life of me I don't know exactly what went into the first batch so don't know what is different!!
